Our client, a plastics manufacturing company, seeks an experienced Sales Executive to expand market presence in Algeria. The role involves promoting the brand, managing supplier relationships, and delivering sourcing solutions while ensuring timely payments.
Responsibilities
Support the Algeria Country Manager in expanding the company’s presence across the country.
Promote the company name and brand in Algeria to strengthen market recognition.
Represent and promote materials supplied by the company’s global network of suppliers.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify or develop sourcing solutions that meet customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments while proactively addressing any payment-related issues.
Assist in sourcing operations and maintain consistent contact with suppliers, with a focus on Algeria-based sales.
Contribute to the diversification of the company’s product portfolio within the Algerian market.
Maintain a strong focus on optimizing profitability in all activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
Proven track record in a sales role; experience as a sales coordinator or in related administrative roles is a plus.
Must be currently residing in Algeria.
Ready to join immediately and work on-site in Algeria.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Access Databases, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
Keen attention to detail and strong research capabilities.
Comfortable working with data analytics tools to support business decisions.
