A leading company with operations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join its expanding team. The ideal candidates will have strong sales experience in the UAE market and a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits across the UAE.
Requirements
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture & Design, Engineering, Building Materials, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
Must be currently based in the UAE and available for in-person interviews in November.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
