Job Description

The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations at a leading Pilates studio in Beirut, lead and coordinate the team, and ensure an exceptional client experience. The role includes managing bookings and memberships, driving sales and client retention, and maintaining high studio standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily studio operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the studio team.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, instructor availability, and Pilates class timetables.
  • Oversee class bookings, cancellations, and scheduling to maximize studio capacity.
  • Manage membership registrations, renewals, and package purchases.
  • Drive sales by promoting studio memberships, classes, and packages.
  • Build strong client relationships and implement initiatives to encourage retention.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment readiness, and studio presentation.
  • Monitor bookings, sales, attendance, and retention to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fitness, Pilates, Wellness, Hospitality, or Studio Management.
  • Proven experience managing daily operations in a client-focused environment.
  • Strong team leadership and staff coordination skills.
  • Excellent customer-service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience managing memberships, bookings, and scheduling.
  • Sales experience, with the ability to promote memberships and studio packages.
  • Experience building client relationships and supporting retention.ntertainment environment.
  • Professional, energetic, and well-presented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in the Pilates or fitness industry is a strong advantage.
