Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Recruitment Managers to lead recruitment operations, one based in Beirut and one in Amman. The successful candidates will oversee end-to-end hiring for construction projects, manage large-scale recruitment campaigns, and develop sourcing networks across Far East and African countries to meet project workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with construction project staffing needs and mobilization schedules.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, administrative, skilled, and unskilled positions.
  • Plan and lead mass recruitment campaigns across Far East and African countries.
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads to define manpower requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with overseas recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and selection.
  • Coordinate recruitment drives and trade tests with relevant technical teams.
  • Work with HR and mobilization teams to facilitate documentation, onboarding, and deployment.
  • Lead the recruitment team and monitor hiring progress, recruitment costs, and time-to-fill.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
  • 15–18 years of total professional experience.
  • 10–12 years of recruitment experience, including at least 7 years recruiting within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in mass recruitment from Far East and African countries.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Currently based in Lebanon for the Beirut position or Jordan for the Amman position.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet demanding project timelines.
  • Experience recruiting for GCC markets is an advantage.
