Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects while ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, schedule, quality standards, and client expectations. This role manages project teams, coordinates stakeholders, and oversees all project phases from initiation through completion across projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall execution and management of construction projects.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Manage project risks, technical issues, and operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow in coordination with commercial teams.
  • Review and approve procurement plan and subcontractor packages.
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular progress and performance reports.
  • Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Supervise project engineers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within construction projects.
  • Mandatory experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
