We are seeking an experienced OR Head Nurse to lead and manage nursing operations within the Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all OR nursing activities and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety, and infection control standards.
  • Oversee surgical schedules, instrument readiness, and OR workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and medical teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an OR / Operating Room Nurse, with leadership exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OR protocols.
  • Candidates from inside or outside the UAE are welcome.
  • Eligible for licensing (UAE or home country).
