An established Entertainment company based in Beirut is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Director to lead its marketing strategy across all platforms and projects. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who can drive brand growth, manage high-impact campaigns, and oversee a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the company across all entertainment projects and platforms.
Oversee branding, content creation, social media, public relations, and digital marketing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, events, creative, management) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage marketing campaigns, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Lead market research initiatives to understand audience trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain partnerships with media, influencers, agencies, and external stakeholders.
Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure high-quality execution and creativity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in marketing; experience in entertainment, media, events, or creative industries is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
Creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of English and Arabic (French is a plus).
