The Learning Solution Consultant is responsible for designing and delivering customized training and development solutions that align with organizational goals, workforce needs, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and organizational requirements
Design and develop customized learning solutions (workshops, e-learning, blended programs)
Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person & virtual) across various topics
Collaborate with clients to align learning strategies with business objectives
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
Provide consultation on learning & development best practices
Support implementation of learning programs and ensure smooth execution
Continuously update training materials based on industry trends and client feedback
Requirements
Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for lead management and pipeline tracking
Skilled in delivering impactful presentations (both digital and in-person)
Familiar with e-learning platforms and the digital learning ecosystem
Proficient in key tools such as Microsoft Office, Tableau, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
Good understanding of digital marketing and online visibility strategies
