We are looking for a motivated Management or HR student (graduating in 2026) to join our team as an HR / Recruitment Intern. This role is ideal for a student interested in building a career in HR and recruitment, with hands-on exposure to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and sending newsletters.
Support the creation and management of an email database.
Help promote job vacancies and talents across platforms.
Draft and post content for the team and the business.
Search and track job vacancies promoted in the market.
Connect and engage with HR Managers and professionals.
Support the promotion of job advertisements.
Post updates on the company LinkedIn account.
Assist with SaudiRockStars and Training Courses promotions.
Provide general support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements
Senior Business, Management, or HR student.
Very good command of English (French is a plus).
Residing in or near Zalka (for easier commuting).
Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Availability to commit 2–3 days per week.
Basic knowledge or interest in AI tools is an advantage.
