The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations, ensuring alignment with company policies, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in managing employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, and maintaining a productive and compliant work environment. The HR Supervisor ensures effective implementation of HR practices through accurate administration, proactive problem-solving, and continuous process improvement, while promoting employee engagement, organizational development, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment
Support and execute recruitment processes (screening, coordination, onboarding)
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
Maintain and update HR systems, employee files, and documentation
Coordinate performance management processes and appraisals
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
Act as a point of contact between employees and management
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6–7 years of HR experience
Strong background in HR operations & employee relations
Experience in oil & gas or similar industries (preferred)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
