The HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational growth, and regulatory compliance. This role plays a strategic and operational role in developing HR initiatives, managing workforce planning, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a high-performing organizational culture. The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership to support business expansion, talent management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across all HR processes within a dynamic model making, exhibitions, fabrication, and production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth
Oversee workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning initiatives
Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage employee performance management processes, appraisals, and development plans
Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and workforce analytics
Provide guidance to management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs
Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, documentation, and HR systems
Support leadership in building a productive, compliant, and high-performing work environment
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including HR planning, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems is preferred
