Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager for a Jewelry Boutique in Jeddah, KSA. The Assistant Boutique Manager will support the Boutique Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and upholding the brand’s luxury standards. This role contributes to driving sales, managing staff, overseeing stock, and maintaining the boutique’s presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day boutique operations and staff schedules.
  • Support sales targets by motivating the team and providing on-floor guidance.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and displays follow brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory, stock movements, and security procedures for high-value items.
  • Help train, coach and evaluate team members to uphold brand standards.
  • Prepare basic sales and inventory reports for the Boutique Manager.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in luxury retail or jewelry, with some supervisory exposure.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Good leadership, organization and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and presentation.
