EIC Workshop Manager

Job Description

Our client, a reputable Oil & Gas company in Iraq, is seeking an experienced EIC Workshop Manager to lead workshop operations related to Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EIC) equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day EIC workshop operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution.
Oversee maintenance, repair, testing, and calibration of EIC equipment.
Ensure full compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and HSE policies.
Lead and supervise workshop teams, promoting high performance and safety culture.
Plan and coordinate workshop activities, schedules, and resource allocation.
Manage spare parts, tools, and inventory control.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support cost control and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in EIC workshop management within Oil & Gas or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Solid understanding of HSE, QA/QC, and technical compliance.
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Willingness to relocate to Iraq.
