We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and develop our sales team while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, managing team performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and professional development.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in business development and strategic partnerships.
Background in managing sales teams within a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
