The Plastic Surgeon is responsible for delivering advanced aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, ensuring alignment with medical standards, patient expectations, and regulatory guidelines. This role plays a critical part in providing high-quality care through comprehensive patient assessment, precise surgical planning, and the safe execution of cosmetic and reconstructive interventions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed patient consultations, including medical history, aesthetic goals, and clinical assessment
Develop personalized treatment and surgical plans aligned with best medical practices
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring optimal recovery and outcomes
Support complex surgical cases, including cosmetic and reconstructive interventions (face, body, burns, trauma, etc.)
Monitor patient progress, manage complications, and ensure proper follow-up care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (anesthetists, nurses, other specialists)
Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and clinical guidelines
Stay updated on advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies
Requirements
Lebanese Nationality
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent)
Minimum: 5–7 years of relevant clinical experience in plastic surgery, including post-residency / specialty training experience
Strong hands-on experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures
Valid medical license / eligibility for registration
