Looking for a Junior Recruiter & Admin Assistant for a company in Antelias.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling meetings with candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment files in an organized and confidential manner.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, preparing reports, and managing office correspondence.
Handle daily office operations, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating internal communication.
Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing documents, and ensuring completion of joining formalities.
Coordinate with internal departments to support HR and administrative needs as required.
Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in business or HR.
ery good command of English and French languages.
Previous experience in recruitment and/or admin for two years NOTMORE.
Living in Antelias neighborhood (A MUST).
