Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of waitstaff and hostesses.
Ensure smooth daily operations during service hours.
Assist in staff training, performance monitoring, and motivation.
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
Support the Restaurant Manager in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury dining or hospitality.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Passion for Lebanese cuisine and hospitality.
Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Riyadh.
