The ideal candidate will ensure all event setups are completed according to standards, coordinate closely with banquet, kitchen, and service teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day event operations, including weddings, conferences, and special events.
Oversee event setups to ensure accuracy, timing, and adherence to hotel standards.
Coordinate with banquet, culinary, housekeeping, and AV teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor service quality and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event.
Address last-minute changes or requests professionally and efficiently.
Train and guide staff to maintain premium service levels.

Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, banquet operations, or event management (5-star hotel experience is a plus).
