We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie with experience in bakery for a restaurant in Hamra. The successful candidate will have expertise in preparing a variety of bakery items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. This role involves working closely with the kitchen team to deliver fresh, high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and other bakery items.
Ensure consistency in the texture, taste, and presentation of bakery products.
Assist in managing inventory and ordering ingredients for the bakery section.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery area.
Collaborate with the head chef to develop new bakery items for the menu.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with a focus on bakery items.
Expertise in baking, including knowledge of different types of dough, pastry, and bread-making techniques.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
