Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
8 - 15 years of experience in construction, with strong GCC exposure
Proven experience in commercial management and contract administration
Ability to manage budgets, risks, and project profitability
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Fluent in English with excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
