Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a Jewelry Boutique in Jeddah, KSA. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting the brand’s jewelry products. This role focuses on building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and brand image.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and industry trends.
Support inventory management, including stock monitoring and reporting.
Handle transactions accurately and professionally.

Requirements

1–3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or jewelry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling abilities.
Professional appearance and high attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory processes.
