Job Description

The Club Manager will oversee the venue’s daily operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role involves maintaining service standards, coordinating events, managing operational costs, and implementing initiatives to increase attendance, revenue, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily club operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and operational teams.
Organize staff schedules and allocate responsibilities according to business needs.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience through consistent service and attentive guest relations.
Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and operational performance against business targets.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, venue presentation, and service quality.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate events and entertainment activities with internal teams and external partners.
Develop initiatives to increase attendance, customer spending, repeat visits, and loyalty.
Train staff, monitor performance, and improve workflows to strengthen operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Club Management, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Entertainment.
Proven experience managing a busy nightlife or entertainment venue.
Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising and motivating teams.
Excellent customer-service and guest-relations skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of club operations and event coordination.
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive sales, revenue, and customer retention.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional, energetic, and presentable, with a hands-on approach to managing the venue.
