We are currently hiring a Finance & Admin Manager to join a reputable construction company in Abidjan. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong financial leadership and administrative oversight experience in project-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Monitor project financial performance and cost control
Lead administrative functions including HR, procurement, and office operations
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies
Coordinate with senior management to support strategic decision-making
Manage and mentor the finance & admin team
Requirements
Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in Finance or related field
Around 15 years of experience in Finance & Administration
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in the construction industry
Excellent command of the French language
Previous experience in Africa is a strong plus
