Operations Manager

Job Description

A cosmetic company in Lebanon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure optimal business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end operations across Lebanon, KSA, and UAE.
Ensure alignment with business goals and sales target all over the markets.
Manage logistics, warehousing, and distribution across regional markets.
Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely product availability.
Optimize costs and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in each country.
Develop and implement SOPs for cross-border operations.
Liaise with third-party logistics providers and local partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations/logistics, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail.
Strong knowledge of logistics regulations and practices in Lebanon, KSA, and UAE.
Proven ability to manage cross-border supply chains and multi-country teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
