Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
Lead, motivate, and train the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams for seamless operations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and hospitality culture.
Ability to relocate and work in Riyadh.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
