Job Description

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards. This role coordinates site operations, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring smooth execution throughout all construction phases in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily construction site operations and activities.
  • Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works on site.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of planned milestones.
  • Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and supervisors to ensure quality execution.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, procurement, and project management teams.
  • Review and monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are properly implemented.
  • Prepare progress reports and participate in project coordination meetings.
  • Support project managers in cost control and variation assessments.
  • Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover activities are completed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management and site execution.
  • Mandatory experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site coordination.
  • Experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC and HSE standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
