Job Description

The Care Companion is responsible for providing compassionate support and companionship to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being in line with care standards and individual needs. This role plays an important part in enhancing the client’s quality of life through emotional support, assistance with daily activities, and maintaining a positive and respectful environment, while ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to care protocols and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care needs.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social activities.
  • Monitor the client’s general well-being and report any concerns when necessary.c
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment at all times.
  • Support clients in maintaining routines and promoting independence whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker is mandatory.
  • Previous experience as a Care Companion, Caregiver, or in a similar support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and supportive personality.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work in a live-in position.
