An Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The role includes handling day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable operations
Monitor cash flow, collections, and vendor payments
Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier balances
Prepare financial reports and support month-end & year-end closing
Coordinate with internal departments on billing and payment processes with company policies
Handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and aging reports
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support audits and provide required financial data when needed
Work on ERP systems for transactions, reporting, and data management
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting
7–8 years of accounting experience
Strong experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
Experience in oil & gas or similar industries (preferred)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
