The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative visual concepts, ensuring alignment with brand identity, project objectives, and market trends. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality design solutions through strategic thinking, creative direction, and attention to detail, while overseeing design processes, guiding junior designers, and ensuring consistency, innovation, and adherence to best practices across all visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative design concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives
Create high-quality visual content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and print materials
Lead the design of packaging and branding assets (especially for cosmetics/FMCG products)
Produce engaging motion graphics and digital content for marketing and advertising
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals
Ensure consistency and quality across all brand communications and design outputs
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Utilize AI design tools and explore 3D elements to enhance creativity and innovation
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in cosmetics/FMCG)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience in motion graphics and digital content creation
Familiarity with AI design tools and 3D design is a plus
