Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at a power plant facility in Khobar, KSA. The role ensures full compliance with local regulations, international HSE standards, and project-specific safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, client standards, and international HSE best practices.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency drills.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, and prepare reports.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across the site.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in HSE roles.
  • Mandatory power plant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and international standards.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).

Required Certifications

  • NEBOSH
  • OSHA
  • NFPA
