We are looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate daily operations across multiple retail stores. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, brand consistency, and smooth communication between the head office and retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple retail stores.
Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently applied.
Prepare, track, and analyze sales and operational reports.
Coordinate stock flow with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouse teams.
Monitor compliance with SOPs, internal policies, and retail procedures.
Act as the main liaison between head office and store teams.
Conduct regular store visits across different malls.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail operations or coordination (mid-level).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and operational reports.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Flexibility to travel between stores and malls as required.
