Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
Lead all retail promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage in-store marketing, merchandising, and brand positioning.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior trends.
Coordinate with suppliers on joint promotions and advertising.
Oversee digital marketing and maintain a consistent brand image.
Manage the marketing budget and evaluate ROI on campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience in Retail or FMCG marketing (mandatory).
