Job Description

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision of Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, including stock management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees, ensuring effective task delegation, performance management, and staff development.
  • Inventory and Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and ensure products are well-organized and easily accessible. Maintain stock accuracy and minimize stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing customer concerns, improving in-store experiences, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.
  • Sales and Promotions: Support sales targets by implementing promotional activities, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring all merchandising efforts align with the company's objectives.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the store, and report any safety concerns promptly.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store operations to enhance team capabilities.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of product quality, including overseeing the freshness of perishable goods and ensuring all items meet quality standards.
  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Address operational challenges swiftly, including customer complaints, staff issues, or product-related concerns.
  • Reporting and Administrative Duties: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and team performance for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or supermarket supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus).
