The Jewelry Brand Manager is responsible for leading the brand’s market presence, ensuring consistent identity across all channels, and driving business growth. This role combines brand strategy, marketing, retail operations, and client relationship management. The manager oversees product launches, supervises boutique teams, and ensures alignment with luxury customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the brand’s strategic plan in alignment with company vision and luxury positioning
Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to strengthen brand presence
Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication and retail touchpoints
Drive boutique and retail sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion prospects
Provide feedback on market demand and customer preferences.
Collaborate with designers and suppliers for product launches and seasonal collections.
Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on brand performance
Oversee product assortment, pricing, and stock allocation in boutiques.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
Build strong PR relationships and manage influencer/celebrity partnerships.
Manage digital presence (website, social media, e-commerce platforms).
Ensure exceptional client experience in all boutiques in line with luxury standards.
Cultivate relationships with VIP clients and oversee CRM strategies.
Handle escalated customer issues with diplomacy and discretion. Team Leadership & Training Lead,

Conduct regular training in luxury sales, storytelling, and etiquette.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Luxury Management, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in brand management, with at least 3–5 years in the luxury jewelry, fashion, or retail industry.
Proven record of accomplishment in managing brand strategy, sales growth, and luxury retail operations.
Strong knowledge of luxury client expectations, CRM, and high-end retail environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical ability and market awareness.
Creativity and innovation in brand positioning and promotions.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or French is an asset).
Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
