Job Description

Join the team as an F&B Supervisor, where you will oversee front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional service standards for our client’s luxury Lebanese restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of waitstaff and hostesses.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations during service hours.
  • Assist in staff training, performance monitoring, and motivation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury dining or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for Lebanese cuisine and hospitality.
  • Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riyadh.
