Job Description

Our Client is looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient service at their new luxury Lebanese restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily floor operations and staff scheduling.
  • Supervise and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Step in for the Restaurant Manager when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in hospitality.
  • Good understanding of luxury dining standards.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riyadh.
